Greenbelt 2012


GREENBELT 2012: 24th - 27th August 2012
A primarily Christian music festival that takes place every August bank holiday weekend. We're hoping to get a minibus full for next year - if you think you might be interested let us know (the earlier we book the cheaper the tickets)

REGULAR EVENTS

Subsidised Lunches - First Sunday of every month
Every month we meet in Dorset Gardens, Kemp Town. We find somewhere good to eat and then eat. We pay the first £5.00, anything else you have to pay...but we rarely go anywhere too expensive!

Grand Parade Coffee bar - Wednesdays (term time) 14:30 - 16:00
Chaplain/ Student worker in the coffee bar at Brighton Uni's Grand Parade site. Come and say hello, have a chat and a coffee on us.

Film Nights - Every third Wednesday 19:30 start
Every month we show a film, eat cake and drink tea at Dorset Gardens Methodist Church. A cross-section of genres shown. Donation only event. Hove also shows films, see their website for more details.

Cafe Connexion - Second Sunday of every month 19:00
Informal cafe-style worship, live music, light buffet, discussion, reflection and prayer. Food from 18:30, service starting at 19:00. At Dorset Gardens Methodist Chruch.

In Stitches - Every Wednesday 12:00 - 14:00
A knitting/ crouchet/ needlework group that meet every Wednesday in the Foyer of Brighton Uni's Grand Parade site. For anyone who wants to come learn a new skill or to show off their own. You are all most welcome!

National knitting week was 3rd - 9th October. This knitting movement's aim is bringing people together with a common interest in knitting, crochet or needlecraft. Fill in this survey to suggest the best times for you.

Wholly Puppets
Circuit puppet group putting on occasional performances of "muppet"-style puppets.

Barnstormers
Musical theatre group based at Patcham Methodist Church. Two shows put on per year, all-comers welcome on-stage, back-stage, and as part of the audience. Find out more at barnstormers.org.uk.
